Vice President Design & Creative / NBG Home / 2021 - 2023

As VP of Design & Creative at NBG Home, I led a talented team of 30+ designers, creatives, and photographers in driving innovation and growth for a $300M+ product portfolio. Our mission was to create compelling, market-leading products across furniture, lighting, wall décor, and textiles for a diverse range of retail partners, including Target, Walmart, TJX, Amazon, and Wayfair. I'm incredibly proud of what my team and I accomplished at NBG Home, and I carry the lessons learned about agile product development, cross-functional collaboration, and creative leadership.

Creative Director / Green Growth Brands / 2018 - 2020

As a founding member of the Green Growth Brands team, I had the incredible opportunity to help shape a new kind of cannabis company from the ground up. Leveraging my experience in world-class retail and an entrepreneurial spirit, I led the creative vision and execution for multiple consumer brands, including CAMP, Seventh Sense, Green Lilly, and Meri + Jayne. My time at Green Growth Brands was a master class in building brands that connect deeply with consumers, move at the speed of culture, and deliver outsized business results.

Creative Director / Bath & Body Works / 2011- 2017

During my tenure as Creative Director at Bath & Body Works, I had the privilege of leading a talented team of designers in shaping the creative vision and execution for one of the world's most beloved and iconic personal care brands. Reporting directly to the CMO, I oversaw all aspects of creative development, from concept to launch, for 45+ new product introductions and brand refreshes annually. My experience at Bath & Body Works taught me the power of emotionally resonant storytelling, disciplined creative execution, and cross-functional collaboration in driving brand love and business results.

Freelance Art Director + Brand Consultant / 2006 - 2011

In 2006, I took the entrepreneurial leap and founded my own boutique agency, leveraging my expertise in campaign development and brand management to support a wide range of clients, from scrappy startups to established national brands. As a hands-on Creative Director and strategic thought partner, I worked closely with each client to understand their unique challenges, articulate their brand story, and craft compelling creative solutions that drove tangible business results. My time as an independent Creative Director and Brand Consultant was an incredible opportunity to hone my craft, build my network, and experience the challenges and rewards of entrepreneurship firsthand. The lessons I learned about agility, resourcefulness, and client partnership have been invaluable in my subsequent roles and continue to shape my approach today.

Art Director / Victoria’s Secret + PINK / 1999 - 2006

As an Art Director at Victoria's Secret and PINK, I had the incredible opportunity to help shape the creative vision and visual identity of two of the world's most iconic and beloved fashion brands. Working closely with cross-functional partners in marketing, merchandising, and product design, I led the development and execution of high-impact campaigns, in-store experiences, and brand activations that captured the hearts and minds of millions of consumers around the globe. My time at Victoria's Secret and PINK was a formative experience that taught me the power of emotional storytelling, aspirational branding, and flawless execution at scale. The skills and perspectives I gained continue to influence my approach to creative leadership and brand building to this day.
